An Act To Enable The Proprietors Of Stow, In The County Of Middlesex, So Often As It Shall Be Thought Necessary For Them, To Raise Money For The Use Of Said Proprietors, And To Tax And Asses[s] The Original Proprietors Of Said Town And Their Heirs, In Equal Proportion To Their Interest When The First Lots Were Divided And Drawn; And To Enable The Present Collector Of Said Proprietors To Raise Monies Already Granted And Assessed By And On Said Proprietors.
