1963 Chap. 0685. other instrument entered into by the Authority or by the trustees, or any borrowing made by the Authority under the provisions of chapter seven hundred and seventy-three of the acts of nineteen hundred and sixty, as amended by chapter seven hundred and sixty-three of the acts of nineteen hundred and sixty-two, and each such action, agreement, contract, lease, other instrument and borrowing is hereby confirmed and ratified. Approved August 29, 1963. Chap. 0685. An Act relative to the lowell technological institute Building Authority. Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is, in part, to provide urgently needed facilities for students at Lowell Technological Institute, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
