1969 Chap. 0015. An Act providing for the hearing of appeals by less Than Majority Of The Members Of The Civil Service Commission. Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to make permanent the provisions of law authorizing certain appeals to be heard by less than majority of the civil service Acts, 1969. Chaps. 16, 17, 18 commission, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
