1966 Chap. 0008. An Act authorizing the registrar of motor vehicles to make regulations relative to handlebars on motorcycles. Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is, in part, to impower the registrar of motor vehicles to make forthwith regulations relative to handlebars on motorcycles, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public safety.
