1992 Chapter 0008. An Act Relative To The Priority Status Of Com Mon Expense Liens In Condominiums. Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to immediately clarify the priority status of common expense liens in condominiums, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
