1967 Chap. 0001. An Act establishing the offices of second assistant Clerk Of The Senate And Of The House Of Representatives. Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is, in part, to establish the offices of second assistant clerk of the senate and of the house of representatives as early as possible during the current session of the general court, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
