1975 Chap. 0005. An Act making corrective change in the Law Relative To The Number Of Assistant District Attorneys In The Bristol District. Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to authorize the district attorney of the Bristol district to appoint three additional assistant district attorneys pursuant to salaries established therefor under the provisions of chapter eight hundred and nine of the acts of nineteen hundred and seventy-four, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public safety and convenience.
