1972 Chap. 0019. An Act providing for the annual observance of rwo Jima Day. Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to commence the annual observance of February the nineteenth as Iwo Jima Day in the current year, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
