1974 Chap. 0856. An Act Directing The Transfer Of Certain Additional Land Of The Commonwealth To The Control Of The Department Of Public Works For Highway Purposes. Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to provide immediately for the transfer of certain land for highway construction purposes, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
