1982 Chap. 0011. An Act Relative To The Reclassification Of Management Positions Established In Certain Appropriations For Fiscal Year Ending June Thirtieth, Nineteen Hundred And Eighty-two. Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to immediately reclassify the managerial positions of the commonwealth, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.__________________________
