1983 Chap. 0002. An Act Providing Certain Additional Benefits Under The Employment Security Law. Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to provide for the temporary payment of additional benefits under the employment security law, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the preservation of the public convenience.
