1983 Chap. 0714. An Act Authorizing The Commissioner Of Administration To Set Fees And Charges Paid To The Commonwealth. Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to immediately authorize the Commissioner of Administration to set fees and charges paid to the Commonwealth, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
