1983 Chap. 0715. An Act Relative To The Salary Of Com Missioned Officers In The Division Of State Police. Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to immediately provide for the establishment of new salary structure for commissioned officers, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.___
