1979 Chap. 0008. An Act Providing For The Annual Observ Ance Of Licensed Practical Nurse Week. Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to proclaim Licensed Practical Nurse Week during the month of April, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.______________________________________
