1988 Chapter 0004. An Act Relative To The Terms Of Certain Bonds And Notes To Be Issued By The Commonwealth Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to immediately facilitate the issuance of bonds and notes to carry out the purposes of various acts passed during the regular annual legislative session in the year nineteen hundred and eighty-seven, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
