1989 Chapter 0018. An Act Authorizing The Continuing Employment Of G. John Pedone, Court Officer In The Worcester Division Of The District Court Department Of The Trial Court Of The Commonwealth. Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to immediately authorize G. John Pedone to continue his employment as court officer, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public safety.
