Chap. 0089 An Act to establish the salary of the assistant district-attorney for the suffolk district. 

Be it enacted, &c., as follows:
Section 1. From the first day of January of the present year, the salaiy of the assistant district-attorney for the Suffolk district, shall be at the rate of three thousand dollars a year, to be paid to him out of the treasury, in monthly payments.
Section 2.   This act shall take effect upon its passage.
