Chap. 0038 An Act to amend chapter one hundred and thirty-three of the general statutes concerning the exemption of personal property from execution. 

Be it enacted, &c, as follows :

Section 1. The second clause of the thirty-second section of chapter one hundred and thirty-three of the General Statutes is amended so that the same shall read as follows, viz. :-
/Second.   Other household furniture necessary for him
and his family, not exceeding three hundred dollars in value.
Section 2. This act shall take effect on the first day of July next. Approved February 28,1874.
