Chap. 0084 An Act relating to returns of savings banks. 

Be it enacted, &c, as follows:

Section I. In addition to the statements now required in the annual returns of savings banks and institutions for savings, each treasurer thereof shall state the rate of interest received by such bank or institution, on loans, and the total amount of loans bearing each specified rate of interest.
Section 2.   This act shall take effect upon its passage.
