Chap. 0126 An Act to fix the salary of the clerk of the district court of southern berkshire.

Be it enacted, &c., as follows:

Section 1. The annual salary of the clerk of the district court of Southern Berkshire shall be six hundred dollars, payable from the first day of April next.
Section 2.   This act shall take effect upon its passage.
