Chap. 0395. AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOSTON AND ALBANY RAILROAD CORPORATION TO AID IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE LEE AND HUDSON RAILROAD.

Be it enacted, &c, as follows:

Section 1. The Boston and Albany Railroad Corporation is hereby authorized to indorse, guarantee, or purchase the bonds of the Lee and Hudson Railroad Corpo-

ration not exceeding one hundred and fifty thousand dollars in amount.

Section 2.   This act shall take effect upon its passage.
