Chap. 0107 An Act to annex Ephraim Dorman, with his family and estate, to the town of Harrington. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives, in General Court assembled, and by , the authority of the same, That Ephraim Dorman, with his family and estate, be, and they hereby are set off from the town of Columbia, and annexed to the town of Harrington, and shall hereafter be considered a part thereof, there to do the duties, and enjoy the privileges equally with the other inhabitants of said town, as fully and completely as though the said Dorman, wiih his estate, had been originally included in the said town of Harrington: Provided however, that the said Dormant shall he holden to pay all sums of money granted by the said town of Columbia, prior to the passing of this act, in the same way and manner he was before holden to pay the same, any thing in this act to the contrary notwithstanding.
