Chap. 0026 An Act in addition to the several Acts giving further Remedies in Equity. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, That when any complaint, bill, or suit in equity, shall be pending in the Supreme Judicial Court in any County in which any decree, order or injunction shall have been made or passed, it shall be lawful for any Justice of said Court, as well in vacation as in term time, to issue all such writs and processes as may be necessary to carry into full effect such decree, order or injunction.
