Be it enacted by the Lieutenant- Governour, Council and House of Representatives,
That the sum of three hundred pounds be and hereby is granted unto his most excell[e?i]t majesty, to be paid out of the publick treasury to his honour Spencer Phip[p]s, EsqCr]., lieutenant-governour and com* So entered on the engrossment; but on the record it appears to have been signed June 3.
