Chap. 466. An Act increasing the allowable amount of annual INCOME OF PROPERTY HELD IN TRUST BY TRUSTEES OF ANY SOCIETY OF THE METHODIST CHURCH OR OF THE AFRICAN METHODIST EPISCOPAL CHURCH. Be it enacted, etc., as follows: Chapter 67 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out section 41, as appearing in the Tercentenary Edition, and inserting in place thereof the following section: — Section 41- Such trustees may receive, hold and manage all the real and personal property belonging to such society, may sell and convey the same, and may hold in trust gifts, grants, bequests or devises to such society for the support of public worship and for other religious purposes; but the annual income of such trust property, exclusive of the meeting house, shall not exceed fifty thousand dollars. Approved July 22, 1967. Chap. 4G7. An Act authorizing the city of fall river to pay a CERTAIN UNPAID BILL TO FLINT SHOPPING CENTER ASSOCIATION. Be it enacted, etc., as follows: Section 1. The city of Fall River is hereby authorized to appropriate money for the payment of, and after such appropriation the treasurer of said city is hereby authorized to pay, a certain unpaid bill in the amount of nine hundred and ninety-five dollars to Flint Shopping Center Association as its share of the cost of the Christmas season decorations in the year nineteen hundred and sixty-five. Section 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage. Approved July 25, 1967. Chap. 468. An Act increasing the membership of the municipal POLICE TRAINING COUNCIL, AND RELATIVE TO THE QUALIFICATIONS, POWERS AND DUTIES OF CERTAIN MEMBERS. Be it enacted, etc., as follows: Section 116 of chapter 6 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the first sentence, as amended by chapter 128 of the acts of 1965, and inserting in place thereof the following sentence: — There shall be a municipal police training council, hereinafter called the council, to consist of the director of civil service, the commissioner of public safety, the commissioner of police of the city of Boston, or their respective designees, the special agent in charge of the Boston office of the federal bureau of investigation, if consent is given by the director of said bureau, who shall act in an advisory capacity but shall have no vote, the commissioner of education, or his designee, who shall act in an advisory capacity but shall have no vote, and the chairman of the criminal law committee of the Massachusetts Bar Association, or his designee, who shall act in an advisory capacity but shall have no vote, and five members to be appointed by the governor, one of whom shall be an administrator of a city or town, three of whom shall be chiefs of police who shall be selected from a list of six nominees submitted by
