Chap. 671. An Act providing tenure of office until age sixty-five FOR DAVID A. WERME, INCUMBENT OF THE OFFICE OF CHIEF OF POLICE OF THE TOWN OF BOYLSTON. Be it enacted, etc., as follows: The tenure of office of David A. Werme, incumbent of the office of chief of police of the town of Boylston, shall continue during good behavior until he reaches the age of sixty-five, unless incapacitated by physical or mental disability from performing the duties thereof, but he may be removed therefrom for cause after hearing in the manner prescribed by section forty-three of chapter thirty-one of the General Laws.
