Chap. 776.   An Act authorizing the trustees of southeastern
MASSACHUSETTS TECHNOLOGICAL INSTITUTE TO ACQUIRE OCEANFRONT LAND FOR INSTRUCTION AND RESEARCH IN THE   MARINE   SCIENCES.
Be it enacted, etc., as follows:
The board of trustees of the southeastern Massachusetts technological institute is hereby authorized to acquire an oceanfront site on the southeastern coast of the commonwealth for the purpose of carrying on instruction and research in the marine sciences.
