Chap. 342.   An Act providing that all sessions of the second
DISTRICT COURT OF SOUTHERN WORCESTER SHALL BE HELD IN UXBRIDGE AND DIRECTING THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WORCESTER COUNTY TO CONSTRUCT AND EQUIP A NEW COURT HOUSE FOR SAID COURT IN SAID TOWN.
Be it enacted, etc., as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of chapter 218 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the sixth paragraph under the caption "Worcester", as appearing in the Tercentenary Edition, and inserting in place thereof the following paragraph: —
The second district court of southern Worcester held at Uxbridge; Uxbridge, Blackstone, Douglas, Northbridge and Millville.
