Chap. 584.   An Act providing for the construction of a covered
OUTDOOR  SKATING  RINK  IN THE  CITY  OF  LYNN.
Be it enacted, etc., as follows:
The metropolitan district commission is hereby authorized and directed to construct and maintain a covered outdoor skating rink in the city of Lynn. For the purposes of this act, said commission may expend such sums as may be appropriated therefor.
