Chap. 56.     An Act relative to the damaging of machinery and
EQUIPMENT   USED   IN   THE   TRANSMISSION   OF   WATER   FOR AGRICULTURAL  PURPOSES
Be it enacted, etc , as follows:
Chapter 266 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 138 the following section: —
Section 1S8A. Whoever wilfully, intentionally and without right damages or renders unusable machinery and equipment used in the

transmission of water for agricultural purposes shall be punished by imprisonment in state prison for not more than five years or by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars and imprisonment in jail for not more than two years.                                    Approved March 5, 1969.
