Chap. 78. An Act authorizing the establishment and maintenance OF A POLICE RADIO BROADCASTING SYSTEM BY THE   COUNTY  OF  FRANKLIN.
Be it enacted, etc , as follows:
The county commissioners of Franklin County are hereby authorized to expend such sums, not exceeding ten thousand dollars, as may be appropriated therefor, to establish a radio broadcasting system to aid in police protection and law enforcement in said county, and thereafter to operate and maintain said system.          Approved March 14, 1969.
