Chap. 83.     An Act belative to the salaries of certain assistant
CLERKS  OF  THE   DISTRICT  COURT  OF  HAMPSHIRE.
Be it enacted, etc., as follows:
Section 1. No withstanding the provisions of section two of chapter two hundred and seventy-three of the acts of nineteen hundred and sixty-eight, any person appointed to the office of an assistant clerk of the district court of Hampshire between June fifteenth and December thirty-first, nineteen hundred and sixty-eight, both dates inclusive, shall receive such salary as is provided by section seventy-nine and section eighty of chapter two hundred and eighteen of the General Laws, said salary to be effective as of the date of his said appointment.
Section 2.   This act shall take effect upon its passage.
