Chap. 231. An Act authorizing the town of Arlington to sell AND CONVEY CERTAIN PARK LAND TO GEORGE AND PAUL BILAFER OF SAID TOWN. Be it enacted, etc., as follows: The town of Arlington is hereby authorized to sell and convey a certain parcel of park land in said town to George and Paul Bilafer of said town, upon such terms and conditions as the selectmen of said town deem advisable, and bounded and described as follows: — Southerly, by Massachusetts Avenue, 80 feet; Northwesterly by land now or formerly of George & Paul Bilafer, as shown on a plan hereinafter mentioned, 34.70 feet; Northeasterly by land of the Boston & Maine R.R., as shown on said plan, 80 feet; Southwesterly by land now or formerly of the Town of Arlington, as shown on said plan, 27 feet, more or less. Said parcel is shown as a lot of land containing 2400 + sq. ft., on a plan entitled, "Plan of Land in Arlington, Mass.," dated Jan. 18, 1968, by Miller & Nylander, Civil Engineers and Surveyors.
