Chap. 371.   An Act requiring employment agencies to furnish
CERTAIN   INFORMATION   TO   THE   DEPARTMENT   OF   LABOR AND   INDUSTRIES.
Be it enacted, etc., as follows:
The first paragraph of section 46Q of chapter 140 of the General Laws, as appearing in chapter 729 of the acts of 1966, is hereby amended by addling the following sentence: — The commissioner or any such agent or inspector may make a record of such information, and may require each agency to furnish quarterly, on a form supplied by the department of labor and industries, any or all such information.
