Chap. 572. An Act exempting greenhouses located in residential AREAS FROM CERTAIN ZONING ORDINANCES AND BY-LAWS.
Be it enacted, etc., as follows:
The last sentence of section 5 of chapter 40A of the General Laws, as amended by chapter 340 of the acts of 1962, is hereby further amended by striking out, in lines 8 and 9, the words "except greenhouses located in residential areas".                             Approved July 24, 1969.
