Chap. 866.     An Act repealing certain provisions of law relative
TO THE POWER OF THE BOARD OF REGIONAL COMMUNITY COLLEGES AND LOCAL SCHOOL COMMITTEES TO CHANGE OR DISCONTINUE AGREEMENTS FOR THE USE OF LOCAL FACILITIES BY SAID BOARD.
Be it enacted, etc., as follows:
The second paragraph of section 28 of chapter 15 of the General Laws is hereby further amended by striking out the fifth and sixth sentences, as appearing in section 1 of chapter 572 of the acts of 1965.
