Chap. 892. An Act authorizing the additional payment of money for the preparation of plans, specifications and land acquisition relative to constructing and originally equipping the court house for the district court of east norfolk.
Be it enacted, etc., as follows:
Section 1 of chapter 208 of the acts of 1969 is hereby amended by inserting after the word "sums", in line 5, the words: — , including any sum required to be paid for the preparation of plans, specifications and land acquisition over and above the sum authorized by chapter five hundred and seventy of the acts of nineteen hundred and sixty-eight,.
