Chap. 236. An Act authorizing cities and towns to appropriate MONEY FOR THE PROPER OBSERVANCES OF CERTAIN PATRIOTIC HOLIDAYS BY THE POLISH LEGION OF AMERICAN VETERANS. Be it enacted, etc., as follows: Clause (12) of section 5 of chapter 40 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 38 and 39, as appearing in section 2 of chapter 118 of the acts of 1958, the words "and the Polish-American Veterans of Massachusetts, Inc., and its affiliated posts" and inserting in place thereof the words: — the Polish-American Veterans of Massachusetts, Inc., and its affiliated posts, and the Polish Legion of American Veterans.
