Chap. 496.  An Act establishing a program of continuing studies
AND SPECIAL PROGRAMS AT SOUTHEASTERN  MASSACHUSETTS UNIVERSITY.
Be it enacted, etc, as follows:
Section 1. Chapter one hundred and eighty-eight of the acts of nineteen hundred and sixty-seven is hereby repealed.
Section 2. Southeastern Massachusetts University is hereby authorized to maintain a program of continuing studies, including evening and summer schools, at no cost to the commonwealth, and may receive funds for said purpose from any other public or any private source and may expend the same.
