Chap. 536. An Act designating the swimming pool to be constructed IN THE CITY OF BROCKTON AS THE FRANK A. MANNING  SWIMMING   POOL.
Be it enacted, etc., as follows:
The swimming pool to be constructed in the city of Brockton by the department of natural resources shall, upon completion, be known and designated as the Frank A. Manning swimming pool, in memory of Frank A. Manning, a former member of the house of representatives and a former mayor of the city of Brockton. A suitable marker bearing such designation shall be erected and maintained at said swimming pool by the department of natural resources.
