SION OF THE TOWN OF NORWOOD.
Be  it enacted,   etc.,   as follows:
Section 18 of chapter 197 of the acts of 1914 is hereby amended by striking out, in line 2, the words "thirty-first day of December" and inserting in place thereof the words:- fifteenth day of April.
