Chap.  622.          AN   ACT   REGULATING   CERTAIN   FEES   CHARGED
BY CITIES AND TOWNS.
Be  it enacted,   etc.,   as  follows:
The second paragraph of section 13 of chapter 148 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the third sentence, as amended by section 90 of chapter 351 of the acts of 1981, and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:-Such fee as may be established from time to time by ordinance or by-law may be charged for any such license, registration or certificate of the head of the fire department,   respectively.
