Chapter 163.           AN ACT VALIDATING CERTAIN ACTIONS TAKEN BY THE
TOWN OF TISBURY RELATIVE TO CERTAIN ZONING BY-LAWS.
Be it enacted, etc., as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the amendments to the zoning by-laws of the town of Tisbury adopted at a certain town meeting held in nineteen hundred and seventy-nine are hereby ratified, validated and confirmed to the same extent as if there had been full compliance with the provisions of law regulating the adoption of zoning by-laws.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
