Chapter 302.          AN ACT RELATING TO COMMERCIAL AUTO SCHOOLS.

Be it enacted, etc., as follows:

Section 6 of chapter 136 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1988 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following clause:-

(52) The" operation of commercial auto schools, otherwise known as driver education.
