Chap. 416. An Act expanding the authorization of plans and specifications for the construction OF A NEW SUPERIOR COURT HOUSE IN THE COUNTY OF NORFOLK TO INCLUDE THE PROBATE COURT OF SAID COUNTY.
Be it enacted, etc., as follows:
Section 1. The first sentence of section 1 of chapter 791 of the acts of 1974 is hereby amended by inserting after the word "superior" the words:— and probate.
Section 2. The first sentence of section 2 of said chapter 791 is hereby amended by inserting after the word "Superior" the words: —and Probate.                            Approved July 8,1975.
