Chap. 799.   An  Act  permitting  credit  unions  to  offer
NEGOTIABLE WITHDRAWAL ORDER ACCOUNTS.
Be it enacted, etc., as follows:
Section 16A of chapter 167 of the General Laws, inserted by chapter 914 of the acts of 1973, is hereby amended by inserting after the first sentence the following sentence: — With the prior written approval of the commissioner and under such conditions as he may prescribe, a credit union may authorize accounts that would allow such withdrawals.
