Chap. 336. AN ACT DESIGNATING THE METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COMMISSION PLAYGROUND TO BE CONSTRUCTED ON THE NEPONSET VALLEY PARKWAY IN THE HYDE PARK DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF BOSTON AS THE JOSEPH A. DeSANTIS PLAYGROUND.
Be it enacted, etc., as follows:
The children's playground to be constructed by the metropolitan district commission on Neponset Valley parkway in the Hyde Park district of the city of Boston shall upon completion be designated and known as the Joseph A. DeSantis playground, in memory of Joseph A. DeSantis, who was killed during World War II while serving as a member of the armed forces of the United States. A suitable marker bearing such designation shall be erected thereat by said commission.
