Chap. 496. AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF FRANKLIN TO APPROPRIATE AND PAY A SUM OF MONEY TO FELIX CARLINO.
Be it enacted, etc., as follows:
SECTION 1. The town of Franklin is hereby authorized to appropriate money for the payment of, and after such appropriation the treasurer of said town is hereby authorized to pay, the sum of one thousand seventy-six dollars and thirty-two cents to Felix Carlino, director of public works in said town, for services rendered to said town in the year nineteen hundred and sixty-nine, during which period said Felix Carlino was unable to take his vacation leave as he was required to work during said vacation by the board of public works.
SECTION 2.   This act shall take effect upon its passage.
