VANCE OF PARLIAMENTARY LAW MONTH.

Be  it enacted,   etc.,   as follows:

Chapter 6 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 15PP, inserted by chapter 63 of the acts of 1980, the following section :-

Section 15QQ. The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart the month of April as Parliamentary Law Month and recommending that said month be observed in an appropriate manner by the people.
