Chap.  195.          AN    ACT    MAKING    SUPPLEMENTAL    APPROPRIA-

TIONS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR NINETEEN HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-TWO FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF BERKSHIRE COUNTY.

Be it enacted,   etc.,   as follows:

SECTION 1. To provide for supplementing certain items in the current appropriation act for Berkshire county, the following sums are hereby appropriated, subject to the provision of law regulating the disbursement of county funds and the approval thereof, for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and eighty-two.

SECTION 2. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the treasurer of Berkshire county is hereby authorized with the approval of the county commissioners, to expend the total amount appropriated in section one from any available funds, including federal revenue sharing funds, in the treasury of the county.

SECTION 3.     This act shall take effect upon its passage.
